1. Scope

These terms govern audits ordered on this website from Publiemoi. Markoleris is intended for businesses.

2. Order and contract

The contract is concluded at the time of payment. The scope of the audit (markets, number of pages, options) is the one stated in the order and on the tracking page.

3. Owner’s authorisation

The customer warrants that they own the audited website or are authorised by its owner. The audit only starts after the website has been technically verified. The customer is liable for any order placed without this authorisation.

4. Nature of the service

The audit is a simulation carried out by artificial intelligence agents, guided by market profiles and reviewed by a person. It does not replace tests with real users or quantified market research. The recommendations are advice: no commercial result is guaranteed, and implementing them is the customer’s responsibility.

5. Turnaround

The report is delivered within the stated time from payment. This time may be extended if the website is inaccessible, blocks automated browsing or if promised access is not provided; the customer will be informed.

6. Price and payment

Prices are stated in Swiss francs and paid once, in advance. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.

7. Cancellation

Before the audit starts, the customer may cancel and receives a full refund. Once the audit has started, no refund is due. If Publiemoi cannot carry out the audit, the amount paid is refunded in full.

8. Liability

The liability of Publiemoi is limited to the amount paid for the audit concerned, except in the case of gross negligence or intent. It is not liable for decisions the customer makes on the basis of the report.

9. Ownership and confidentiality

After payment, the customer may use the report freely. Publiemoi publishes no information about the customer or their website without written consent. It may use anonymised learnings to improve its market profiles.

10. Governing law

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Publiemoi.
