Publiemoi, [à compléter dans Markoleris > Réglages], support@publiemoi.ch. This policy follows the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Visiting the website

This website sets no cookies, uses no audience measurement and loads no external fonts or resources. The server keeps technical logs (IP address, date, page requested) for security, stored for at most 30 days.

Orders

To process an order we collect your name, company, email, phone number if you provide one, the website address and the description of your offer. This data is used only to carry out the audit, to communicate with you and for accounting. Legal basis: performance of the contract.

Payment

Payment is processed by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., Ireland). Your card or TWINT details are entered with Stripe and never passed to us. We receive confirmation of the payment and the amount.

Carrying out the audit

The agents browse the public pages of your website, or those you open to us, and send their content to AI model providers (in particular Anthropic and, where relevant, OpenAI or Google, in the United States) for analysis. No real personal data is entered into your forms. If your pages themselves contain personal data, for example named testimonials, it may be transmitted in this context.

Retention

Order data and invoices are kept for 10 years, as required by Swiss accounting law. Screenshots and working documents from the audit are deleted 12 months after the report is delivered.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, its correction or its deletion, within the limits of legal obligations, by writing to support@publiemoi.ch. You can also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
