Frequently asked questions

Do real people test my website?

No. The testing is done by AI agents guided by sourced market profiles. The report says so clearly and, when the stakes justify it, recommends targeted tests with real people.

Why do I have to prove the website is mine?

Markoleris only audits websites whose owner has agreed. A tag in the home page code or a small text file is enough. It stops anyone ordering an audit of a website that isn’t theirs.

Can I have a competitor’s website audited?

No, for the same reason. You can, however, describe your competitors in the order: the agents will take them into account when reading the market.

Which markets are available?

Markets with a validated profile are shown as available in the form. Others can be ordered on request: we confirm the turnaround before any payment.

What about pages behind a login or a payment?

Without access, the audit stops at the login or payment page. With the checkout journey option, you can provide a test account and test-mode payment. No real transaction is ever made.

What if my website blocks bots?

Some hosts or firewalls block automated browsing. We let you know and suggest temporary allow-listing or the use of a staging site.

How long does it take?

The report is delivered within 5 working days of payment, or 2 days with the express option. Markets on request may take longer, which is stated before payment.

What happens to my website and my data?

Only public pages and the pages you open to us are browsed. No real personal data is entered. Details are on the Privacy page.

Do two audits give exactly the same result?

Not word for word. Several runs are consolidated and key points are reviewed by a person, so the important findings remain stable.

How does payment work?

Once, by card or TWINT, after your website has been verified. You receive a receipt by email. There is no subscription and no renewal.

Who is Markoleris for?

For businesses, especially small and medium-sized ones that sell in several languages or are about to enter a new market.
